The suburban neighbourhood of a city is flown over from a height of one hundred metres during the early hours of the night. This will be the view that accompanies, as in a bedtime story, the telling of two stories: the first is taken from a collection of Chinese poems translated into Italian in 1960. The title of the poem, written by the poet Po Chu-I around 800 AD, is “The Holy Dragon”. The second story is taken from the “Legenda Aurea” by Jacopo da Varazze, who wrote the legend of St. George and the Dragon in the 13th century.
Il quartiere sub-urbano di una città viene sorvolato da un’altezza di cento metri durante le prime ore della notte. Questo sarà lo sguardo che accompagnerà, come nel momento della fiaba della buonanotte, il racconto di due storie: la prima è tratta da una raccolta di liriche cinesi tradotte in Italia nel 1960. Il titolo della lirica, scritta dal poeta Po Chu-I intorno all’800 d.C. è ‘Il Drago Sacro’. La seconda storia è tratta dalla ‘Legenda Aurea’ di Jacopo da Varazze, che nel XIII secolo scrisse la storia di San Giorgio e il Drago.
