Thomas Bentivoglio was born in Fermo (Italy) in 1998. He completed an MA in Visual Cultures and Curatorial Practices at Accademia di Brera in 2022, having previously graduated with a bachelor's degree in Film and New Media Art in 2020. His transdisciplinary artistic practice involves the horizontal and interdependent use of media such as photography, video, performance, site-specific interventions, drawing, sculpture and text-based works. His practice is underpinned by a deep interest in storytelling, which is explored through specific lines of research and themes. Among these are the relationship between historical and personal narrative, adolescent escapism and heroic narratives. He currently lives and works in Rome.

La sua pratica artistica trans-disciplinare prevede l'utilizzo orizzontale e interdipendente di media come fotografia, video, performance, interventi site-specific, disegno, scultura e opere testuali. Il suo lavoro si basa su un profondo interesse per lo storytelling che viene approfondito attraverso linee di ricerca specifiche e tematiche. Tra queste emerge il rapporto tra narrazione storica e personale, l'escapismo adolescenziale e le narrazioni eroiche. Attualmente vive e lavora a Roma.
