Spiegare il libro che ho scritto a sedici anni ad un camoscio imbalsamato [Explaining the book I wrote when I was sixteen to a taxidermied chamois], 2025. Performance and Photographic record.
Starting as a literal subversion of Joseph Beuys' work “How to Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare”, this performance involves reading a book written by the artist himself at the age of sixteen to a stuffed chamois. The original text was edited by the artist during the days preceding the performance, including annotations, revisions and comments.
The performance took place in front of an audience of ten people, during the artist's residency at the Drupa Centre for Visual and Performing Arts in July 2025.
Partendo come sovversione letterale dell'opera di Joseph Beuys 'How to Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare', in questa performance viene letto ad un camoscio imbalsamato un libro che è scritto dall'artista stesso a sedici anni. Il testo originale è stato redatto dall'artista nei giorni precedenti la performance, includento annotazioni, revisioni e commenti.
La performance si è svolta davanti ad un pubblico di 10 persone in occasione della residenza dell'artista al Drupa Center per le arti visive e performative a luglio 2025.
